The Equity Structured Products Group was created in 2004 in response to a growing demand for highly sophisticated equity derivative and financial products on the Russian and CIS market. Today, it is the leading provider of prime brokerage services to Russian hedge funds (margin trading, stock borrowing and other services). The Group offers a wide range of financing and structured solutions to its clients and has introduced a range of structured products, including equity-linked notes, synthetic instruments and other derivative products in the Russian and CIS market.

Access products include a number of instruments providing access to investment opportunities on the Russian and other CIS markets in the form of exchange traded funds, stock baskets, certificates, warrants and other instruments. The Group has structured a family of special funds including Rengaz, Renshares Utilities, Pre-IPO fund, MSCI Renaissance ETF, and other products.
