| Renaissance Capital – General partner of "ARISTOS-2008" Award |
5 March 2008. Renaissance Capital announced today that it is to sponsor "ARISTOS-2008", the national business awards founded by the Association of Managers and the "Kommersant" publishing house.
"ARISTOS" are annual independent awards that recognize the most outstanding representatives of Russian business society. Awards are presented in seven categories: Top-manager, Financial director, Commercial/marketing director, IT-director, Human Resources director and Public Relations director.
Recent winners have included Anatoly Chubais, Chairman of the Management Board of RAO UES of Russia; Vladimir Yakunin, President of RZD; Mikhail Zadornov, President - Chairman of the Board of VTB 24; Alexander Izosimov, Chief Executive Officer of VimpelCom.
The nominations will be are based on the annual rating of "Top 1000 Russian managers", published in the daily newspaper "Kommersant" in July this year. An open voting procedure ensures the transparency of the competition and the observance of the principle "the best vote for the best".
The "ARISTOS-2008" awards ceremony will be held in October 2008.
