| Dmitri Sredin joins Renaissance Capital as Head of Debt Financing for Russia and CIS |
Moscow, July 13, 2009 – Renaissance Capital announces that Dmitri Sredin has joined the Firm as Managing Director and Head of Debt Financing for Russia and the CIS.
Sredin joins from Troika Dialog, where he was Director of Debt Capital Markets. From 2001-2006 he was Head of FMCG, Aviation and Transportation in the Corporate and Investment Banking Division of Citigroup in Moscow.

Sredin will report jointly to Cornthwaite and Head of the Firm’s Debt Product Group Yury Gruzglin.
Over the last 24 months Sredin has won bond mandates from leading Russian corporates including Rosneft, Lukoil, MTS, Vimpelcom, Avtovaz, Kamaz and MMK.
Sredin earned his bachelor’s degree with honours in Economics and Political Science from Carleton University in Ottowa, Canada. He holds a master’s in economics from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
