| RENAISSANCE CAPITAL HIRES SUNIL JOSHI AS CO-HEAD OF TRADING FOR EQUITY PRODUCTS AND NEW MARKETS |
London - Renaissance Capital, the leading investment bank for the
world's frontier markets, has hired Sunil Joshi as Co-Head of Trading for its Equity
Product Group and Head of New Markets Trading.
Joshi joins from Credit Suisse, where he was Managing Director and Head of Equity
Trading for Emerging Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EEMEA).
Joshi started his career as a graduate trainee at Credit Suisse and was instrumental in
building up the firm's top-ranked EEMEA franchise.
He will report to Igor Vaynshelboym and Roland Nash, co-heads of the firm's Equity
Product Group.

Renaissance Capital's Equity Products Group provides equity finance, derivatives,
structured products and prime brokerage to the firm's clients throughout Russia / CIS,
Central Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the US. It seamlessly
integrates the firm's capabilities across research, equity trading, international and
domestic sales, and equity finance.
Joshi's New Markets role will see him involved on the trading side of the firm's
geographic expansion. In the last two years, Renaissance Group has established a
presence on the ground in several new markets, ranging from frontier sub-Saharan
Africa to the more developed Middle East. Further expansion is expected in the coming
months and years.
