| Renaissance Capital named Best IPO Organizer of 2007 |
4 April 2008. Moscow - Renaissance Capital was today named "Best IPO Organizer of 2007" by the Moscow-based Securities and Investment Institute (IFRU). The prize was awarded at the 4th Annual Russian IPO Congress.
Renaissance Capital participated in 12 of the 22 Russian IPOs that took place last year, including the $8 billion IPO of VTB, the $1.07 billion IPO of Uralkali and the $1.12 billion IPO of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works.
The Best IPO Organizer award represents not only Renaissance Capital's deal volume, but also the financial success of the IPOs and the high standards of performance Renaissance Capital delivered to its clients.

The competition's jury included a long list of leading figures on the Russian financial markets, including Chairman of the Board of the RTS Roman Goryunov, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council's Financial Markets and Currency Committee Vadim Artyukhov and director of the legal department of the Russian Ministry of Finance Nadezhda Zakharova.
