Previously, Mr. Wootton worked at CSFB from 1996 in a variety of roles, ultimately as Managing Director in the Legal and Compliance Department, as the Global Emerging Markets Practice Group Leader in that Department, and as the Deputy General Counsel for all CEEMEA.

He practiced law first at Simmons & Simmons and graduated from Oxford University.
