Before joining Renaissance Capital Mr. Aganbegyan was Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Troika Dialog, a Russian investment bank. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Aganbegyan was Co-Head of Russian coverage at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), where he participated in the post-crisis restructuring of the bank's and its clients' assets (for the amount of more than USD 2 billion) and worked with key accounts of the bank, including RAO UES, Gazprom, City of Moscow and others. From 1995 to 1997, he was at Clifford Chance, an international law firm. Mr. Aganbegyan started his career in 1992 at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Aganbegyan graduated from Moscow State Legal Academy in 1995.
