Renaissance Capital Senior Management

		Mr. Pertsovsky is responsible worldwide for the day-to-day management of Renaissance Capital, overseeing M&A, equity, debt, structured solutions and derivatives in all core markets.

		Mr. Aganbegyan is responsible for asset management business and clients' relationships in Russia and CIS.

		In addition to helping oversee Renaissance Group's strategic development in Russia, Mr. Yurgens is responsible for relationship management with Russian business and government leaders.

		Mr. Gruzglin manages the Debt Product Group (DPG), including Fixed Income Sales, Trading and Research.

		Mr. Vaynshelboym is co-head of the Equity Product Group and is responsible for the Firm's equity sales and trading business.

		Mr. Cornthwaite is responsible for the management of the firm’s Investment Banking activities across all its regions, including mergers & acquisitions and capital markets.

		Mr. Kambar is responsible for the overall management of Renaissance Capital's operations and the Group's business development in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

		Mr. Vanhecke manages Renaissance Capital's operations in Ukraine and leads a team of bankers responsible for the full range of investment banking products.

		Mr. Lowe manages Renaissance Capital's investment banking franchise in sub-Saharan Africa.

		Mr. Nash leads Renaissance Capital's award-winning team of analysts and shares management responsibilities for the Firm's equities business.
