Maria Radchenko joins Renaissance Capital as Head of Fixed Income Analysis

Renaissance Capital, a leading emerging and frontier investment bank, announces that Maria Radchenko has joined the Firm as Director, Head of Fixed Income Analysis. Maria will be based in Moscow as part of the Russia & CIS Distribution team and will report to Grigory Sedov, Global Head of Private Clients and Head of Russia & CIS Distribution. She will take the lead in credit analysis and delivering FI ideas and solutions for the Firm’s institutional and private clients.

Maria has joined Renaissance Capital from BCS Global Markets, where she most recently was Head of FI Research and Deputy Head of Research. In this capacity, she developed FI products and strategy for Russia & CIS, produced trading ideas on a regular basis, provided strategy recommendations and participated in international marketing events for institutional and HNW clients. Earlier in her career, Maria worked at Sberbank CIB, Uralsib Capital, MDM Bank and other major financial institutions. Maria graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of Russian Federation with a degree in banking.
