Moscow and London, 19 June 2018 – Renaissance Capital, a leading emerging and frontier markets investment bank, has once again been recognised in Institutional Investor's (II) 2018 All-EMEA Research Team survey. The Firm rose to second place in the Frontier Markets category and maintained its Top-10 overall EMEA Research Team ranking.

The Frontier Markets team led by Charles Robertson, Global Chief Economist, and Daniel Salter, Head of Research, Eurasia, was ranked No. 3 in its respective category, as was the Metals & Mining team led by Johann Pretorius, Head of Research, Africa. Oleg Kouzmin, the Russia & CIS Economist, finished as runner-up in the Russia category in the prestigious II survey.

Following on from the impressive team and individual analysts’ efforts, the Firm improved to a second-place this year in Frontier Markets and maintained a Top-10 overall EMEA Research Team ranking. Our aim is to further build on this track record by continuing to highlight opportunities and deliver cutting-edge insights for our clients.”

Earlier this month, Renaissance Capital recorded another set of impressive results in the 2018 Extel Survey for the third consecutive year, ranking as the No. 2 Frontier Markets brokerage firm, with strong placings for individual teams and analysts.
